- A laptop, internet and WhatsApp.
- Your NIC and your CV (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB).
- A friendly, patient way with people. No experience needed.

How it works
From your application to your first store

Apply
Create an account, fill in a short form and upload your CV. We email you our decision.

Train
Once you're approved, finish your training at your own pace.

Get certified
Receive your certificate and onboarding pack, and sign the freelance agreement.

Build stores
Take a job from your dashboard or add a business you found. Build the store and send it for review.

Get paid
B+B approves the store, the owner pays you LKR 5,000, you confirm it, and the store goes live.
Getting paid
Clear and fair, every time
The money goes from the business owner straight to you. B+B only keeps a record of the bank slip and your confirmation, so everyone can see where each payment stands.
- B+B checks the store and approves it.
- The owner transfers LKR 5,000 to your bank account (bank transfer or LankaQR) and uploads the slip.
- You check your account and tap Confirm received.
- B+B makes the store live and your earnings update.

Good to know
Do I need experience?
No. If you're comfortable with a laptop and good with people, our training covers the rest.
How much can I earn?
LKR 5,000 for every store that goes live. Build 20 stores in a month and that's LKR 100,000. Your dashboard shows what you've earned and what's on the way.
Who pays me, and when?
The business owner pays you directly by bank transfer or LankaQR, after B+B approves their store. If a payment doesn't arrive, tell us and we'll step in.
Is this a full-time job?
No. It's freelance work: you choose which jobs to take and when to work.
What happens to my NIC and CV?
They're stored privately. Only the B+B hiring team can see them, and every time they're opened it's recorded. If your application isn't successful they're deleted after 6 months, and everything is deleted if you close your account. Questions: [email protected]. See our privacy notice.
